Mezzo-Soprano Regan Poarch is in the process of completing her graduate studies at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, studying with Jane Dutton. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University in 2021, earning a dual degree in Voice & International Studies. Ms. Poarch recently sang Prince Charmant in Massenet's Cendrillon at the Trentino Music Festival.
She also sang the title role in Pauline Viardot's Cendrillon, as well as scenes from Der Rosenkavilier and Werther. Additionally, Ms. Poarch is thrilled to be singing Stephano in Gounod's Roméo et Juliette later this fall with the Indiana University Opera Theater, with performances in Bloomington and Indianapolis, as well as the role of Béatrice from Berlioz's Béatrice et Bénédict with Michael Shell's Opera Workshop in December.
